Glasser - Ring (2010)

Glasser is the music project of Cameron Mesirow and this is the work of a woman, I really don't have the exact words to express it but is sort of an Amazonian power woman going on there.

The album has a lot of tribal sounding drums and is very jungle like based atmosphere, and from the get go you can tell that behind all of this is a feeling of empowerment of women, a sort of tribe where women are worshiped or something.

Glasser has been very popular in the blogosphere and it has been very well reviewed, and if you're not into experimental music and ethnical inspired synth and midi based stuff then this is not the way to go, but if you're opened to listen to something sort of getting the feeling of relaxing paranoia of living in the wild life, where you can breath fresh air and be afraid of a tiger or a snake hiding around in the bushes, and feel protected and alarmed by a tribal matriarch, then Glasser will surely be your cup of tea.
